Effects Of Mothers Perceived Social Support During Postnatal Period On Their Perceived Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy

Aim: This study was carried out to determine the effects of mothers perceived social support during postnatal period on their breastfeeding self-efficacy 
 Material and method: The research is cross-sectional study. with 200 mother who presented a private University Hospital for delivery in western Turkey between February 2016 June 27. data were collected using sociodemographic characteristics questionnaire, Multidimensional Scale Perceived Social Support Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Scale. Percentages, Kruskal Wallis one-way analysis variance, Mann Whitney u test spearman’s correlation used analyze data.
 Results: mean scores participating obtained from 73.35 ± 12.01 59.11 8.18 respectively. There statistically significant variables such as mothers’ education status families’ place residence, score they Support. age, educational status, number deliveries, husbands' age also significant.
 Conclusion: performed at end present revealed that there positive, weak, relationship
